Joint Beach Cleaning Events with Partner Companies

We host beach cleaning events every year that started as a small-scale activity only for Titlist employees to include family members, friends, and partners, to be over one hundred participants. In 2023, even the representative from Evian's French headquarters flew to Taiwan to join us.

Sustainable Resource Utilization

Glass Bottle Recycling

We extend our gratitude to【Ally Logistic Property】 for providing space for glass bottle recycling. With the assistance of 【Spring Pool Glass Ind】, we utilize professional techniques to transform discarded glass into construction materials, art pieces, or recycled glass containers.

Packaging Revolution - Minimizing Waste

We use recycled materials to produce cardboard boxes, reducing excessive packaging and material waste. In collaboration with the brand Evian, we promote environmental sustainability by using recycled paper for outer packaging and eco-friendly ink for printing. Evian also employs mineral water bottles made from 70% recycled plastic and aims to gradually increase this to 100% RPET plastic bottle packaging in the coming years. (Even EVA Air's business class has already begun using Evian water bottles with label-free packaging, made entirely from 100% recycled plastic.)

Small Acts of Kindness in Daily Life

We support small-scale social welfare organizations that provide diverse services and silently care for vulnerable groups. We particularly focus on women's and children's welfare, advocating for women's rights, helping women find balance in various roles, and promoting happiness values. We also prioritize issues related to children's growth, family, and education, striving to ensure that all children have access to educational resources and a stable learning environment. Additionally, we provide long-term support to nearby ""Taiwan Foundation For Rare Disorders"".

As Titlist approaches its 40th year, we remain committed to contributing to society as we grow. In addition to our environmental and charitable efforts, we are dedicated to providing our employees with a stable and secure working environment, ensuring gender equality in the workplace, and fostering a culture of respect, inclusivity, encouragement, and innovation. We offer employee education subsidies, salary bonuses, and motivational incentives.

Furthermore, we prioritize the physical and mental well-being of our employees. In addition to basic benefits such as health insurance, employee feedback, and team outings, we provide group insurance and annual health check-ups for our employees (resulting in the early detection and successful treatment of cancer for a female colleague). We insist on collaborating with internationally reputable brands, rigorously scrutinizing the original supply chain management, requiring proof that meets Taiwan's SGS inspection standards. No matter partnering with Benefit Corporation (B Corp) like Danone or vineyards employing biodynamic and organic methods, we actively collaborate with partners who share our commitment. We have also invested in the import and distribution of organic food through 'Think Natural INC' and a professional warehouse and logistics management system. Our aim is to protect the environment, respect the Earth and its inhabitants, and provide consumers with a healthy and quality diet.
